Jessica Lynn Taylor, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO (She/her)
Dr. Jessica Taylor is passionate about equitable leadership and empowering others to transform their organizations and leadership legacy. Known for her empathy, pragmatism, and humor, Jessica empowers and builds organizations where everyone can courageously be themselves without bias, discrimination, or barriers determining their success. With a lifetime of perspective as a biracial, woman of color, years of executive experience, and a background in human development, Jessica coaches executive leaders and guides organizations through equitable leadership strategies through nuanced and comprehensive methods.
Mariko Gilman
Chief Opperating Officer; Leadership Coach (She/her)
At LTI, Mariko works to build business systems and processes that cultivate a culture of trust, inclusion and integrity. She holds an M.A. in International Education from the SIT Graduate Institute and is a certified Unconscious Bias Facilitator through the Cultural Intelligence Center. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in international nonprofits and faith-based organizations including work as a cross-cultural communications consultant where her work centered around building effective diverse teams. As a biracial Japanese and white Canadian immigrant woman, she brings a nuanced both/and perpective to all her work.
