Strategy must be rooted in values or your mission will drift.
Culture is built in the moments we avoid, the meetings we dread, and the conversations we are brave enough to have.
Wellness is the soil leadership grows in.
Leadership development should be intuitive, human, and actually helpful.
People are not problems to solve. They are the reason the work matters.
Which is why it is our purpose to help mission-driven executive teams like yours align and elevate your leadership, organizational culture, and strategy so you can move forward without losing yourselves or compromising what matters most.
"LTI changed how we do business."
The Challenge: The board of a local nonprofit felt left behind and their executive director were way out of sync
What Was at Stake: Misalignment threatened to undo the progress the executive director was making towards strategic goals.
What We Did: We created board-specific workshops that unpacked power dynamics, built trust, and created shared language.
The Result: Re-alignment with new skills in place to keep the rifts from happening again.
“LTI showed us what was really going on."
The Challenge: The leaders of a large nonprofit believed their culture was healthy but an employee survey said otherwise
What Was at Stake: Retention, trust, and the credibility of the brand.
What We Did: We performed a culture of belonging study, surveying staff, doing listening sessions and uncovered hidden issues. We gave leaders the truth about their blindspots and what to do about them.
The Result: Clarity and awareness about root causes, and strategic solutions.
"This was way more valuable than I expected."
The Challenge: A cohort of BIPOC executives were trying to drive change in the face of organizational resistance.
What was at Stake: Retention, career burnout, organizational stability and health.
What we did: We created a cohort experience rooted in BIPOC perspectives, focused on wellness and leadership strategies that actually work.
The Result: Renewed energy and healthier practices helped participants thrive even in difficult circumstances.
I’m a Black woman who has spent over 20 years leading through crisis, transformation, and complexity, especially in spaces where the stakes are high and the people are tired.
I’ve made the hard calls, navigated impossible tensions, and held the room when no one else would. I don’t believe in offering generic fixes. I believe in helping you lead with clarity, alignment, and courage. I am a woman of deep conviction and an unshakeable belief in the humanity in each of us.
I hold a doctorate in psychology and am currently completing a second doctorate focused on leadership and self-deception, because I cannot stop learning as I lead. I believe leadership should be both strategic and soulful, grounded in truth and built to last. I specialize in helping leaders untangle the mess without losing themselves.
People often say I have a gift for naming what no one else can and making leadership finally make sense. That’s because I care enough to be honest and skilled enough to know what to do with the truth.
I’m here to help you lead through what is real, not just what is expected.
MEET the Chief Operating officer
I am a biracial, Japanese American woman born and raised in Canada who has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. I know what it means to lead from the margins, and I have made it my life’s work to build systems rooted in care, clarity, and equity.
I bring a kind of quiet strength that grounds every room I enter. My leadership is not loud, but it is steady and deeply felt. I carry embodied wisdom that comes from deep listening, lived experience, and the ability to hold complexity without flinching. My mind moves fast, but my presence invites people to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and move forward with intention.
At LTI, I turn insight into action. I track the moving parts others miss. I protect the integrity of your culture while designing systems that support your people. My work is rooted in cross-cultural communication, trauma-informed practice, and a fierce belief that operations can be both humane and strategic.
I am here to help you build something that lasts and lead in a way that feels like wholeness, not performance.
