Leadership Training Initiative (LTI) is a boutique leadership consulting firm that specializes in developing equitable and inclusive leaders. Our mission is to engage and empower leaders to embody their values and elevate the dignity of all people. Jessica Lynn Taylor, Ph.D., founded LTI on the belief that women of color and BIPOC leaders need to be heard, supported, validated, and sustained with resources and systemic level changes to the organizations they serve. Our vision is a world where equitable leaders are empowered and all leaders in power are equitable.
Leadership Training Initiative aims to educate leaders towards deeper self-awareness and nuanced, trauma-informed solutions, providing high-quality resources and training for sustainable change. We generally work with medium to small-sized, mission-driven organizations that are eager to learn and grow.

Dr. Jessica Taylor is passionate about equitable leadership and empowering others to transform their organizations and leadership legacy. Known for her empathy, pragmatism, and humor, Jessica empowers and builds organizations where everyone can courageously be themselves without bias, discrimination, or barriers determining their success. With a lifetime of perspective as a biracial, woman of color, years of executive experience, and a background in human development, Jessica coaches executive leaders and guides organizations through equitable leadership strategies through nuanced and comprehensive methods.
