Our Culture of Belonging Survey is the foundation of every Assessment Package. This digital survey will be sent to all of your staff to assess your internal company culture and practices. It identifies themes and opportunities where you can strategically increase equitable outcomes.
Based on the results of the survey, you will receive a Custom Report that outlines your unique opportunities for greater inclusion and recommendations that will lead to greater internal equity and belonging for your teams.
For the most in-depth read on your company culture, you can also add Employee Policy and HR Document Review and Focus Group Interviews with your staff and executives.
